How can I clean my converse shoes?
#My converse tennis shoes are very muddy after having them for a year. Washing them doesn’t help take the mud out. Any suggestions?

My bf uses pre-soaped Brillo pads.
I use Mr. Clean Magic Erasers for everything.
But they’re just cloth and rubber, so a trip through the washing machine can’t hurt them too badly. Let them air dry, though. The dryer will screw up their shape.

Ivory soap + warm water + small scrubbing brush + plenty of elbow grease.

Tfuzzy gave you a great answer. He’s right, the magic eraser with a little soap and water would work great.
