I work on a ground, but I am quite built like a linebacker, and find that after doing the Stairmaster or treadmill, my feet are usually pretty painful in the arch. So, I am an excellent candidate for arch support more, something that should give you Super Feet.
They do only the heel cup on the right and follow the form / last of the shoe properly. Good size, which will support you all the more / less irritation, though certainly not eliminate the irritation, not a panacea. Still better than other inserts that I tried.
The only thing that is not (unless they are a little ‘expensive for what they are), Super Feet idea of what a high or low arched foot is a bit ‘off. No matter what it says on the box, the various models Super Feet effective work like this (like their first ‘09 line-up):
/> Green-SUPER high arch only good for PPL Bows very high, is a torture for someone else who has’ em on their feet for more than a few minutes. Gitmo-approved. o_0
The Blue says: “ideal for medium to low arched feet” on the back of the box, but more as “ideal for medium-high” arches, actually. My feet are relatively low-arched (but not flat), while the blues and I felt good in the shop after using them for a couple of days it was clear that they were * not * it. I felt like I shot in high heels or something. . . TOO MUCH certain period of support, to the point of his painful light. Not good.
Black-These are called “flat or sensitive feet. I would say that, however, are the true product Super Foot for low arched feet. These are the ones who ultimately ended up working for me, but I’m angry that I wasted money for the blues. In fact, the seller has tried to talk with the Greens on the first, but after watching my feet, but a few laps around the store told me that the horror of that. WTH?
In short, what I think is that what happens Feet Super trying to sell and support from you, so I want you in the highest / most ‘favorable’ insoles can them to go, ‘Gee, wow, what a difference, so much support. “
The problem, of course, is that you end up basically Kill your feet, because it is too high in an arc of these things only casino, especially if you’re heavier than average, like me. What feels right in the store will appear too high after a few days, believe me.
in short, these are moderately useful, and congratulations for her insoles earn more than others out there, but I support a height less than what the box tells you, especially if they are heavier than the average (muscular or fat).
Again, ignore the window, ordering is real:
– green for high arches < , br /> – blue for medium or high arches
– blacks string bass (also something slightly below the middle, really)
flat feet, do not know, probably just a shoe with good arch support * * no special shoes.
Hope this is helpful.

I tried Dr. Scholl and Orthpidics Super Feet insoles and shoes is much better than both. But it is 2-3 times the cost of one.
I am an avid golfer and I walk the golf course as an exercise. Since walking through a golf course 18 holes is equivalent to walking 2 miles in 4 hours, the foot is very painful later. Allevitate pain in my feet, I decided to use Super feet in a shoe Nike Golf very comfortable.
Super foot was much more comfortable that Dr. Scholl Orthipidics or in the same shoe. Also, my feet barely hurt after a 18-hole golf course.
The only downside to these shoes is that they are smooth, so that the foot tends to slide into the shoe. But this can be improved by tying the shoe a little ‘closer.
The bottom line: a significant decrease in pain from a foot long and hard is your main concern, then these are the best when you incur them.

I was advised by my podiatrist for some of these common problems in my foot. They have improved my way of walking in the month that I had huge, and I’m in the second half of training for the marathon. They hold well, but are not designed to meters in width. I am a 2E-4E, and take the entire width of the shoe near the tip box. Not bad, but I felt like my toe in the right way. Why, why, why not the insole of a larger 1 / 2 at the end so this would not be a problem? Just a heads up. . . This is not a cushiony insole. It was designed to force the foot in the right roles.

I was looking for a good product because the shoes much better to have enough arch support, and decided to try, based on assessments. The reviews were right, have great work. You can easily cut to size specifications for the shoes. After using for a while ‘, trying to go back, and you feel when you walk on concrete.

Are standing for 12 hours a day, wear shoes with steel toe metatarsal guards on concrete floors. I have a pain called plantar fasciitis, this adds support. Are flat as a pancake on the way, but is formed on foot for the foot to correct. Break in a few hours a day for a couple of days to take all day. They have to kiss a lot, but I recommend you buy these and with a company called Thorlo socks. The Thorlos socks have extra padding on the heel and the path in front of the socks. Remove your shoes about half a size larger stockings stuffed. I will try to Orange next Super Feet are tired of taking the part in my work and my sneakers.
